Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
At Purr & Planets, many of our products are made to order especially for you. Once your order is placed, it may require processing and production time before it is shipped.
Processing & Production
Processing and production times vary depending on the product. Estimated delivery information will be provided at checkout whenever available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the products in your order and the delivery destination. The applicable shipping cost and available delivery option(s) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, items may be produced or shipped separately. As a result, you may receive your order in more than one package and at different times.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after submitting your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can review the situation and assist you.
International Shipping
Shipping availability varies by destination and product. Available shipping options, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
